History
YHB Hospitality Group (the “Company”) was formed in 1991 as the purchasing entity of the Wilshire Hyatt, a 386 room, full-service hotel located in Los Angeles, California, which underwent a complete capital upgrade and reflagging as the Radisson Wilshire Plaza Hotel. The Company sold the hotel in September 2005.
In September of 2003, the Company formed YHB FRESNO, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Sheraton Four Points Fresno, a 204 room limited-service hotel located in Fresno, California. Under YHB Fresno, LLC’s ownership the property underwent a complete renovation of all public areas, guest rooms and corridors, and was sold in February 2006. The Company retained a Management Agreement to manage the property for the purchaser.

In January of 2004, the Company formed YHB San Francisco, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Pickwick Hotel, a 189 room full-service hotel located in San Francisco, California. Under YHB San Francisco, LLC’s ownership the property underwent a complete renovation of all public areas, guest rooms and corridors.
In October of 2004, the Company formed YHB Napa, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Fairfield Inn & Suites, a 80 room limited-service hotel located in American Canyon, California. Under YHB Napa, LLC’s ownership the property underwent a complete renovation of all public areas, guest rooms and corridors.
In October 2005, the Company formed YHB OXFORD, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Oxford Apartments a 28 unit apartment building located in Los Angeles, California. The property was sold in 2007.
In September of 2005, the Company also formed YHB Ewa GC, LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing
the Ewa Beach Golf Club, an 18 hole golf courses and clubhouse located in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The company is currently establishing the course as one of Hawaii’s finest golf courses.
In December of 2006, the Company formed YHB Long Beach, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Holiday Inn, a 222 room full-service hotel located in Long Beach, California. Under YHB Long Beach, LLC’s ownership the property underwent a partial renovation of public areas, guest rooms and corridors.
In August of 2007, the Company formed YHB Alabama, LLC, a Alabama Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Country Inn & Suites, a 108 room limited-service hotel located in Montgomery, Alabama. Under YHB Alabama, LLC’s ownership the property underwent a partial renovation of public areas, guest rooms and corridors. The property was sold in August 2014.

In October of 2009, the Company formed YHB QK Hotel, LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Queen Kapiolani Hotel, a 315 room full-service hotel located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Under YHB QK Hotel, LLC’s ownership the property underwent a complete renovation of all public areas, guest rooms and corridors. The property was sold in April 2015.
In October of 2009, the Company also formed YHB Mililani GC, LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Mililani Golf Club, a 18 hole golf course located in Mililani, Hawaii.
In September of 2015, the company formed YHB Waikiki LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Polynesian Plaza Hotel, a 56 room limited-service hotel located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In October of 2015, the company formed YHB Hawaii Kai LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Hawaii Kai Golf Club, a 36 hole golf course and clubhouse located in Hawaii Kai, Hawaii.
In August of 2016, the company formed YHB Royal Hawaiian LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for the purpose of purchasing the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club, a 18 hole golf course and clubhouse located in Kailua, Hawaii.
In January of 2017, the company formed YHB Koolau LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for the purpose of purchasing the Ko’olau Golf Club, a 18 hole golf course and clubhouse located in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
